Thank you so much to everyone who came out to auditions and callbacks! We greatly appreciate all the hard work and time that went into everyone’s auditions and callbacks, and it was truly a pleasure to work with such a talented and flexible group of actors.

Below is our cast list. Please visit the callboard in the theater department to initial the posted list or email SM Kat McNall (see below) to confirm you have seen this cast list.

Rehearsals will begin November 17 at 6PM in the Rand Theater and continue in the spring semester, though there will be no rehearsals over winter break. Scripts, calendars, and other information will be distributed at first rehearsal, and more information about the first rehearsal will be distributed via email.

Thus ends night two! Thank you all for your patience and flexibility as we dealt with the integration of general monologue auditions and Merchant callbacks, you helped us run the evening as smoothly as humanly possible.

We will begin Wednesday evening with two large group scenes, and continue from there in new combos, with potential for Brick/Maggie pairings later in the evening if Jared needs to see more. Below is the call listed by scene and character - as these are group scenes, please note that timing may be flexible. Thank you all for your help and patience with this! Note: You do not need to arrive before a scene you are in. Bricks and Maggies should expect to stay for most of the evening.

It was a fantastic first round of auditions, and thank you again for coming out!

CALLBACK DETAILS: 

--Tuesday October 7th, we will be holding more general monologue auditions from 6:30PM to 8:30 PM in 204/206 in the Fine Arts Center. Immediately following, we will be seeing the first round of callbacks (listed above) due to limited availability of those actors also in Merchant of Venice.  

--If you are on the above list, you are called back for Tuesday evening at 8:30PM for the parts listed. Sides will be provided in 206 at 8:30PM immediately following general auditions, and pairings will be released during the evening. All actors for all roles will be called at 8:30PM and may be kept for the two full hours. 

--Anyone completing the general monologue audition on Tuesday may be called back for any/all callbacks Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights pending availability. 

--You may also be called back for Wednesday or Thursday pending availability for either the same part you read for Tuesday or a different part.

--The schedule for Wednesday and Thursday callbacks will be released after callbacks Tuesday night. Please check your emails! This information will also be posted on this blog.
